Septic Tank Pumping

Our team can come work on the septic tank pumping for your residential or industrial property whether it is a time-sensitive issue, or you are due for routine work. While the sizes of septic tanks may vary from households and businesses, it is important to not neglect the proper maintenance of your wastewater.

The frequency of a septic tank pumping can be dependant on multiple factors including the number of people in a household, the size of the septic tank, and the number of solids added to the tank each day.

Keep in mind that items such as plastics, kitty litter, and other non-biodegradable materials can fill up the septic tank much quicker than using toilet paper and biodegradable matter from your body. (yes, poop).

If you think that your household is due for a septic tank pumping, then feel free to reach out to our team of professionals today.

Title Transfer Inspections

As required by law, the State of Colorado requires an inspection and transfer of ownership filed for on-site septic systems. This law requires that the inspection and title transfer be completed with a NAWT trained and certified inspector.

Southwest Septic’s inspectors are NAWT certified and have years of experience installing new systems and completing routine repair work on sewer lines, septic tanks, and conventional and alternate disposal areas.

The process includes a visual inspection of the septic tank structure, septic tank pumping, filter cleaning, and testing the overall disposal area.

Once the inspection is completed, the proper paperwork will be sent to the real estate agents or property owners.

If you are in need of a complete title transfer for your septic needs, send us a message.

Septic System Repairs

There are many issues that can arise from a failure in a septic system. While the costs can vary depending on the exact problem, our team will be ready to provide you a fair quote to help you get back to living comfortably.

The most common issues seen with septic systems are broken pipes and clogged tanks/drains. Broken pipes can often be avoided when harmful items are not going down the drains including coffee grounds, feminine products, and paper towels.

These harmful items can also result in a clogged drain. You will notice this when there is a slight sewer odor or slow draining in the household.

If you notice some of these symptoms, call your local septic professionals before any real damage happens to your septic system.

Riser Installs

Installing a riser on your septic system can make the inspection process much easier. In fact, having this efficient system to access your underground septic system can provide long-term savings.

What is a septic tank riser?

Simply put, a septic tank riser is a plastic or concrete pipe that runs vertically from a septic tank to the surface. Since it is located at ground level, it makes the pumping and inspection process much easier and more cost-efficient.

If you are in need of a new septic riser for your household, we would be more than happy to come out and take care of the project for you. Contact your local quality septic installers for more information.
